“Sacramento Food and Beverage was hired in 2009 as a consultant team to rebrand our restaurant concept, develop a new menu which fit that brand, develop training manuals for both front and back of the house and give us the tools to control our food costs.
Tom and Sidney Bruce were very hands on and flexible throughout the project. They completed our project within the budget and were excellent in looking at ways in which we could save money. To this day the results have been beyond what we had forecasted and we continue to see the benefits of their work.
Tom’s attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with my staff and his desire to assist our Chef in any way was essential to the success of the project.
The software program for our cost controls is very user friendly. Sidney was very responsive to our ever changing needs throughout the project and was easily contacted by email and phone during our non-business hours. Sidney adapted this program to meet our wishes and needs.
