“Sacramento Food and Beverage was hired in 2009 as a consultant team to rebrand our restaurant concept, develop a new menu which fit that brand, develop training manuals for both front and back of the house and give us the tools to control our food costs.

Tom and Sidney Bruce were very hands on and flexible throughout the project. They completed our project within the budget and were excellent in looking at ways in which we could save money.
